One of the key features of this stunning furniture set is the large dining table that boasts a gas firepit in the centre. Despite the firepit, there is still plenty of space to dine around it with the addition of the fire creating a unique and relaxing ambience as well as a fantastic source of heat. If you don't want the fire on, or simply need more dining space, you can cover the firepit with the metal lid provided which converts the table into a standard dining table.
As with all Nova garden furniture, this set is made from powder coated aluminium frames which are designed to prevent rust and corrosion from occurring over time. The rattan weave featured is PE synthetic rattan which is well known for its weatherproof qualities. This means your furniture won't fade, go brittle or crack overtime, no matter the weather conditions. Therefore, you can leave this set outdoors all year round safe in the knowledge that no damage will occur. This set also comes with padded cushions for added comfort. While the cushion covers are machine washable, they are not weatherproof so we do recommend that you store these indoors when not in use.
In terms of the gas firepit featured within this Nova Harper Corner Set, it works with patio gas bottles that are filled with propane. Before purchasing a gas bottle, check that it is compatible with the clip-on regulator of this system. We recommend selecting a 5kg bottle as this will fit neatly inside the table. The firepit system is CE Certified and manufactured using marine grade 316 stainless steel which ensures it's fully weatherproof. The system of this firepit is rated at over 40,000 BTUs and provides ample heat and light to surrounding areas.
